What Would You Change?

What would you change about your field, if you could wave the infamous magic wand? Would you like more structure? More software? Less Restrictions? Greater choices?

There has to be something that you would change. Most likely, you can name more than a few. Each one can be its own blog post, and you can gather all of them together into a preview or summary post.

One of the really great things about this kind of idea is that once you identify the subject, the post tends to write itself. Just draw on your passion for the subject.
